Terms of Service

By purchasing or using MockVault, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short. If something is unclear, email support@mockvaultps.com — we'd rather answer questions than have a confused customer.

The license

When you buy MockVault, you're buying a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the plugin and its mockup library. The license covers:

What you can't do

The first three are grounds for license revocation without refund. The fourth is grounds for removal of the offending content + license revocation.

Refunds

If MockVault doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase with your license key and a brief reason and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion — usually granted if the product is genuinely broken for your setup.

Refunded licenses are revoked. The plugin will deactivate on your devices on its next launch.

Updates + availability

We aim to add new mockups every week, but we make no guarantee about specific drop schedules or volume. If we ever sunset MockVault, we'll give existing customers at least 60 days' notice and download links to keep using whatever they had at sunset.

The cloud library + license server are the parts that need to stay online. We aim for >99% uptime but don't guarantee it. Your existing activations will keep working offline for up to 14 days at a time without a server check.

Your content

You own everything you create with MockVault — your artwork, your mockup outputs, your client deliverables. We claim no rights to anything that comes out of the plugin.

Liability

MockVault is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost client work, missed deadlines, etc.). Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the license.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a way that materially affects existing customers, we'll email anyone with an active license at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email goes to small claims or equivalent in the seller's jurisdiction.
